This study aims to highlight the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics (PHPC) market in Brazil, which is among the top ten, as one of the largest consumers, as well as a major exporter of these products. Besides, Brazil is one of the countries that more launches new products annually. This study will also emphasize the matter of innovation in that sector, whose investments are essential for a company to stand out in this segment. To illustrate, will carry out a case study with a national company of great importance in the sector, showing how its investment in innovation is crucial to position itself in the market, with Natura being the chosen company.
